The new stud wall would have to be deep <br /> enough to allow for the required insulation. <br /> In response to the application for a construction permit, the plans have been examined. Revisions may be <br /> necessary so that a permit can be issued. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information <br /> to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> Please submit an electronic copy of revised drawings with instructions to slip-sheet the drawings, and a <br /> response letter indicating how corrections have been resolved. Upon resubmission of the drawings, plan <br /> review will resume and your application will be given priority. <br /> Corrections <br /> 1. Please detail the cooler and the freezer to meet energy code requirements, per WSEC sections C402.5. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), 2012 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2012 Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code (UPC), the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), the 2012 International Property <br /> Maintenance Code (IPMC), and the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. All <br /> codes referenced, as adopted by the City of Everett, should include current revisions by the State of <br /> Washington. Please note that federal standards for building accessibility may be more restrictive.
