Ted Budden
From: Grace Pollard
Sent: Monday, May 11, 2015 5:10 PM
To: Ted Budden
Subject: 10112 19th PI W
Hi Ted,
The accessory building at 10112 19th PL W is actively being built though it looks like he is almost finished with it.
We have aerial images on GoSync that show he has this and one other structure off his house in the back which we do
not have permit history for though the structure on the north side of his back yard may not exceed 200 sf.
The neighbor says that the current shed being built is higher than the peak of the main dwelling. If it is an attached
accessory building its height limit is 28 feet, if it is detached the height limit is 15 feet.
He has a "'42 foot deep drainage easement, a wetland, and Swamp Creek running through his rear property too. Swamp
Creek is a Type F category at this location which has a min. buffer of 100 feet. The wetland at this location is a Category
II and is considered to be ecologically important and has a buffer width of 75 feet.
Without applying for a buffer reduction variance I don't see how any structures could be permitted in his back yard.
Let me know if you need anything else from me.
Grace Pollard
Assistant Planner
425.257.8807
1
