Call Taker Costs include all labor costs associated with the prescribed number of <br /> operational staff assigned to staff the call taking function. <br /> Police Dispatch Costs include all labor costs associated with the prescribed number of <br /> ' operational staff assigned to all dispatch workstations designated for serving Police <br /> Agencies. <br /> Fire Dispatch Costs include all labor costs associated with the prescribed number of <br /> operational staff assigned to all dispatch workstations designated for serving Fire <br /> Agencies. <br /> Shared Dispatch Stations are dispatch stations that not dedicated by agreement (as <br /> opposed to workload allocation)to serve a single Principal or Subscriber. <br /> Dedicated Dispatch Stations are dispatch stations that are dedicated by agreement to <br /> serve a single Principal or Subscriber. <br /> Labor Costs are direct costs of salary and benefits. <br /> E-911 tax revenues mean revenues received by Snohomish County 911 from Snohomish <br /> County pursuant to State law. <br /> Calls for Service are defined on Appendix C-1,provided that until Snohomish County <br /> 911 has been in operation for more than three years, the calculation of the number of <br /> Calls for Service shall be determined in whole or in part(to the extent necessary to <br /> determine the two-year average number of calls for service)based on the number of Calls <br /> for Service by each Charged Operation as reported by the records of the dispatch <br /> agency previously serving each Charged Operation, and consistent with the definition <br /> of Calls for Service in Appendix C-1. <br /> Charged Operation refers to an individual Principal's fire/EMS agency/operation, being <br /> charged under.the Assessment formula. <br /> The Call Calculation Period is defined as the first calendar quarter of the preceding <br /> budget year, and the 7 calendar quarters preceding that. (For example, in 2019,the Call <br /> Calculation Period be the first quarter of 2018,plus the preceding 7 calendar quarters— <br /> all of 2017, and the last three quarters of 2016). <br /> Population Served has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B. <br /> Assessed Value is the Assessed Value of taxable real property in an individual Principal <br /> or Subscriber's or Snohomish County 911 Service Territory for the Charged <br /> Operation (as applicable) for the most recently available tax year, as published by the <br /> State Office of Financial Management or Snohomish County Assessor. <br /> C-5 <br />
