The City of Marysville <br /> allows opiate substitution treatment facilities(OSTF)in five different land use zones. The zones are <br /> Community Business(CB),General Commercial(GC),Downtown Commercial(DC), Light Industrial(LI), <br /> and General Industrial(GI). If located in one of the three commercial zones there is the requirement of <br /> a conditional use permit with a public hearing before the Marysville Hearing Examiner. Opiate <br /> substitution treatment facilities in all five of the above land use zones need to meet the standards in <br /> I Note(62)below. <br /> A map has been attached showing the commercial zones and industrial zones in which opiate <br /> substitution treatment facilities can locate subject to the location criteria,standards and process <br /> outlined in our codes. On a case by case basis the city would review a proposed site to see if it met the <br /> locational criteria noted below in Note(62)(a). <br /> Chart and Information from Marysville Municipal Code <br /> Opiate substitution treatment program facilities allowed in CB GC DC <br /> LI GI <br /> the following zones.
