PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1801-04 —2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Citywide Innovative Safety Project" at a cost of $71,130.00 to the City. (6) CB 1801-05 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Pacific Avenue to Interurban Trail Bicycle Safety Project" at a cost of $40,750.00 to the City. (3rd and final reading on 2-14-18) CONSENT: (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,247,488.42 for the period of January 20, 2018 through January 26, 2018. (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,991,591.05 for the period of ending January 20, 2018. (9) Authorize the closure of Rucker Avenue, Alverson Boulevard, and Grand Avenue between 21st Street and Legion Park, on August 25, 2018, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., for the Brett Jensen Memorial Fun Walk and Run sponsored by the Brett Jensen Memorial Scholarship Foundation. ACTION ITEMS: (13) Authorize Sole Source for the Purchase of a Bauer TCOM LITE TCL 25H Air Trailer from Sea Western Fire Equipment in the amount of $101,106.63 including Washington State sales tax. (14) Concur with the recommendations of the Human Needs Advisory Committee and Adopt Resolution for Expenditure of the 2018 Human Needs Grant Funding as designated, in an amount not to exceed $439,200.00.
