CONSENT: (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,526,831.42 for the period of January 27, 2018 through February 2, 2018. (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $7,337,814.61 for the period of December 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. (10) Authorize Call for Bids for the construction of the Water Main Replacement "Q"— Evergreen Way Project. ACTION ITEMS: (11) CB 1801-04 —3rd and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Citywide Innovative Safety Project," Fund 303, Program 111, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. (12) CB 1801-05 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Pacific Avenue to Interurban Trail Bicycle Safety Project," Fund 303, Program 112, to accumulate all costs for the improvement.
