February 24, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT — DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROJECTIONS OF <br /> CHANGING HEAVY PRECIPITATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the <br /> University of Washington for development of new projections of <br /> changing heavy precipitation in Everett, substantially in the form <br /> provided, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — MANAGEMENT OF FORESTRY ROADS ON <br /> LAKE CHAPLAIN TRACT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Roots Forestry LLC for <br /> forestry management for an additional cost of$31,320. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — HOWARTH PARK PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE <br /> REPAIRS <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Professional Service Agreement with KPFF Consulting Engineers of <br /> Seattle, WA to design, develop construction documents for and <br /> provide construction support services for repairs to Howarth Park <br /> Pedestrian Bridge at no additional cost. <br /> 71 <br />
