February 24, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk administered the oath of office and Mayor Stephanson <br /> presented the officers with their badges. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Joint Tulalip Water Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Franklin reported on her attendance at the Snohomish <br /> County Association of Cities and Towns dinner meeting last week. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance last <br /> week at the Transportation Advisory Committee meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts spoke about an article relating to the City's <br /> Streets Initiative Work, which was featured in the Association of <br /> Washington Cities' Cityvision magazine. Council Member Roberts also <br /> thanked Government Affairs Director Pat McClain, who is retiring, for his <br /> contributions to the City. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Historical <br /> Commission meeting last night. <br /> President Murphy reported on his attendance at the Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting on Monday. He also inquired about the process <br /> for traffic signal synchronization, especially at the intersection of Rucker <br /> and California. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would discuss this issue with City <br /> Engineer Ryan Sass. <br /> 63 <br />
