Subdivision means small and large lot subdivisions as defined in Title 19 of the Snohomish <br />County Code, and all short subdivisions as defined in Title 20 which are within the definition of <br />"development" above. <br />Teaching Station means a facility space (classroom) specifically dedicated to implementing the <br />District's educational program and capable of accommodating at any one time, at least a full <br />class of up to 32 students. In addition to traditional classrooms, these spaces can include <br />computer labs, auditoriums, gymnasiums, music rooms and other special education and resource <br />rooms. <br />Unhoused Students means students projected to be housed in classrooms where class size <br />exceeds standards within the District and students projected to be housed in portable classrooms. <br />WAC means the Washington Administrative Code. <br />Everett School District 2-4 Capital Facilities Plan <br />
