EVERETT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />Secondary or Minor Arterials <br />Secondary or minor arterial streets serve as the local community connectors throughout the City <br />providing access to key businesses and shopping centers and linking the residential <br />neighborhoods to the principal arterial system. There are fifteen corridors totaling more than 27 <br />miles that are designated as secondary arterials.
