NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby amends the Urban Design and Historic Preservation <br />Element of the Growth Management Comprehensive Plan, Section 1 of Ordinance No 2021-94, <br />as amended, by the addition of the following policy: <br />Policy 8.2. 10 Donovan Historic District Protection - No additional homes will be lost to <br />expansion by the Providence Medical center, clinics, office buildings, or other non- <br />residential uses, and the east side of the alley between Lombard and Broadway shall be <br />the western boundary for expansion of any non-residential use from Broadway. <br />Section 2: Section V.D.22. of the Land Use Element of the Growth Management <br />Comprehensive Plan, Section 1 of Ordinance No 2021-94, as amended, which currently reads as <br />follows: <br />Agricultural. (6.1 on the Land Use Map.) This designation has been applied to all land <br />within the Snohomish River floodplain or flood fringe that is presently zoned for <br />agricultural uses. <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS <br />Agricultural.
