Section 5• The Everett School District Capital Facilities Plan 2006-2011 and the Mukilteo School District Capital Facilities Plan 2006-2011, which are attached hereto as Exhibit 2 are hereby incorporated by reference in the Capital Facilities and Utilities Element of the Growth Management Comprehensive Plan (adopted in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended).
