Those <br />designated HSS are Highways of Statewide Significance, as determined by the State. <br />1) US 2 (HSS) from ARM 0.00 to 0.31 (Urban Principal Arterial) — length 0.31 mi. <br />2) Interstate 5 (HSS) from ARM 186.48 to 196.05 (Urban Interstate) — length 9.57 mi. <br />3) SR 99 (Non -HSS) from ARM 46.87 to 51.67 (Urban Other Principal Arterial) — length <br />4.80 mi. <br />4) SR 526 (HSS) from ARM 0.91 to 4.52 (Urban Principal Arterial) — length 3.61 mi. <br />5) SR 527 (Non -HSS) from ARM 9.47 to 11.92 (Urban Principal Arterial) — length 2.45 mi. <br />6) SR 529 (HSS to Port, Non -HSS remainder) from ARM 0.00 to 6.71 (Urban Other <br />Principal Arterial) — length 6.71 mi. <br />7) SR 529 (spur) (HSS) from ARM 0.00 to 0.20 (Urban Other Principal Arterial) — length <br />0.20 mi. <br />8) SR 96 (Non -HSS) from ARM 0.00 to 4.70 (Urban Principal Arterial) — length 4.70 mi. <br />9) SR 525 (HSS) from ARM 2.43 to 3.53 (Urban Principal Arterial) — length 1.10 mi. Traffic Impacts to State -Owned Facilities <br />The Transportation Element of the Everett Comprehensive Plan, 2006 Update, includes graphics <br />generally representing the arterial streets and freeways that are expected to exceed generalized <br />capacity in 2025 under the land use plan, even with planned improvements in place. These <br />roadways include the following State highways: <br />1) Interstate 5, various segments <br />2) US 2 (unless mitigated with extension of SR -526) <br />TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT 69 <br />
