Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) <br />The Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) is the RTPO serving King, Kitsap, Pierce and <br />Snohomish counties. The RTPO process established under the Growth Management Act will <br />continue to serve as the forum for coordinating regional transportation planning and federal <br />funding decisions.
