f <br /> 3 <br /> ___ , _ <br /> ,s, ..,,, <br /> „,...a. <br /> y7-- <br /> -/-7—i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Everett Mall Way-4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection <br /> Safety,"Fund 303, Program 106,to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 3463-15. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned pedestrian safety program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> pedestrian improvements to federal arterial street segments; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303,Program 106, entitled <br /> "Everett Mall Way-4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety,"to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 3463-15. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 106,for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$783,500 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 106, "Everett Mall Way- <br /> 4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Construction $ 783,500 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 783,500 <br /> 10 <br />
