(9) Concur with the recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Brian Borrello for Broadway Transit Corridor Project for aesthetic design enhancements in the amount of $50,000.00. (10) Adopt Resolution authorizing recovery of abatement costs pursuant to Everett Municipal Code 1.20.090 at 1222 Lombard Avenue. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with University of Washington for training of Everett Fire Department Paramedic students. (12) CB 1802-10 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," Fund 303, Program 104 to accumulate all costs for the improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 3446-15. (13) CB 1802-11 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Everett Mall Way — 4th Avenue to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety," Fund 303, Program 106 to accumulate all costs for the improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 3463-15. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Easement with the Port of Everett for utility purposes. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Easement Agreement with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County for electrical distribution facilities on City property at Smith Street. (16) Authorize the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to Lease Agreement with T-Mobile for communications antenna facility at Olympic Water Tank located at 7410 Olympic Drive.
