Kirk From: Kirk Brooks Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 2016 3:14 PM To: 'Dion Smith' Subject: FW: Stoyan Apartments/ 2301 Colby Ave/ Everett Dion, I have been tasked with some of the review for permitting on this project.We met with Stoyan yesterday to sort out what is needed for the water service.We originally had planned to install a 2" meter that was apparently to be used as both the fire and domestic service. However,City standards require that any residential use with more than a duplex must have a separate domestic meter. This project will likely use the existing service as the domestic or we will install a new one. Based on our discussions with Stoyan and the water Department, We will be making a 2"tap on the main and then a DCDA will be installed in the building.They have a room that could possibly be sized to accommodate the 2"assemble. 1 ':
