This will require new final inspections of the <br /> drawings issued for permit on 3/4/2015, revised per our meeting today. A new field copy is being <br /> issued with this letter. The proposed office space is now marked as unoccupied on the plans, and <br /> cannot be used for any purpose. Storage is not allowed in the former office area. <br /> The issued plans have been revised for temporary certificate of occupancy as follows: <br /> 1. The first floor office area previously submitted is now noted as: "Access for maintenance only, <br /> not for occupancy or storage". <br /> a. The issued permit drawings have been modified on 3/17/16 with city approved <br /> modifications. <br /> b. The temporary certificate of occupancy is subject to inspection for compliance. <br /> c. The temporary certificate of occupancy is valid for six months from date of issuance, <br /> and can only be extended if a written request from the owner is approved by the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> 2. An approved fire detection system in the deferred area of work is required to alert second floor <br /> residents, per AFM Venturo. <br /> a. First floor plan to show new heat detectors. <br /> b. Second floor plan to show hard-wired smoke detectors in hallways linked to the first <br /> floor heat detectors, with notification devices. <br /> c. Owner to call AFM Jim Venturo at 425-257-8124 to schedule a field review. <br /> Electrical <br /> 1.
