f <br /> ADDENDUM TO DRAINAGE DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br /> for Reliable Security Building at 3727 McDougall Ave <br /> in the City of Everett, WA. -G/C' <br /> This supplementary information is provided as requested by the initial civil design <br /> review by the city drainage engineer. The proposal is to construct a parking lot area of <br /> about 7070 square feet. The installation of a private parking lot with impervious surface <br /> over 5000 square feet requires pretreatment of the PGIS prior to the stormwater entering <br /> a ground water infiltration system. <br /> After a review of the state approved pretreatment methods a Contech Engineering <br /> Products CDS device was selected. A detail of this catch basin device is shown on sheet <br /> 3 of 6 in the revised civil design plans. Calculations sizing the pretreatment device are <br /> enclosed using the WWEEVI 2012 program from the DOE. The device is shown to <br /> adequately pretreat the stormwater discharge of 0.0293 cfs which is calculated to be <br /> generated by the parking lot surface.
