SECTION 28. SEVERABILITY. <br /> The invalidity or any clause, sentence,paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this <br /> agreement shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Agreement. <br /> SECTION 29. RATIFICATION. <br /> All prior acts taken by the Principals and the PORTAL AGENCY consistent with this <br /> Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> SECTION 30. EXECUTION, COUNTERPARTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> This Agreement and any amendments thereto, shall be executed on behalf of each Principal by <br /> its duly authorized representative and pursuant to an appropriate motion, resolution or ordinance. <br /> This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an <br /> original, but those counterparts will constitute one and the same instrument.
