February 28, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., February 28, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, Murphy, McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher was excused. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 21, 2018, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> The minutes of the February 21, 2018, City Council retreat were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the Silver Lake <br /> Neighborhood meeting last night. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report on his attendance last <br /> week at the monthly Public Facilities District (PFD) Board meeting. <br /> President Roberts reported on his attendance at the Sound Transit North <br /> Corridor meeting. He stated he would like to add this topic as a future <br /> briefing item. President Roberts announced a discussion regarding <br /> districting will be held next week as part of the Council briefing agenda. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> David Hall, Legal, provided comments relating to questions raised by <br /> council members at last week's public hearing regarding proposed <br /> 78 <br />
