Mukilteo Blvd. <br /> Everett, WA 98203 <br /> RE: Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation <br /> As per your request, I have prepared a fee proposal for the field renovation of the existing four <br /> baseball fields located at Phil Johnson Ballfields to include replacement turf/installation, possible <br /> ballfield replacement lighting and the new parking lot and associated site/civil/electrical <br /> The Design and Construction Document Phase shall include the following items: <br /> 1. Site Review: Existing electrical panels,transformer for new parking lighting and refurbish to <br /> new LED lights with automated controls, and verify storm drainage needs for conversion to <br /> turf and drainage rehabilitation, as well as review for proposed parking additions. <br /> 2. Survey of existing field: City will coordinate survey work via current consultant roster/on- <br /> call services. <br /> 3. Review of field needs with Owner (overlapping soccer layout options) <br /> 4. Design Options for fields based upon owner input: location of soccer and little league <br /> lines/marks. <br /> 5. Construction Documents: SLA will provide the required construction Documents for the <br /> renovation to include: Demolition,field grading,field under drainage renovations, civil <br /> storm drainage (DEA), field surfacing sheets, field lighting conversions (Popp Associates), <br /> field details, parking lot design and CD's <br /> 6. Reports: SLA has included a civil engineering storm water report within this proposal. David <br /> Evans and Associates DEA)will be our civil engineer of record for this project. W Popp & <br /> Associates will provide electrical lighting design calculations <br /> 7. Cost models: SLA will provide cost model options related to the field and their <br /> infrastructure to be included in overall project cost models. Provided in excel and PDF <br /> formats <br /> 8.
