SLA has included Pre Application mtg,three meetings with the <br /> Owner(to be held in Everett Parks), and two design team meetings in house with <br /> LA/Civil/Electrical for design review. Cost models of the three design options and final design <br /> alternative will be prepared and included in overall project cost models prepared by the <br /> Landscape Architect. SLA also will coordinate with a regulatory review of the proposed fields <br /> and associated storm water and proposed buildings. <br /> Construction Documents: SLA has included construction documents in this proposal for the <br /> renovation of existing turf infields and grass outfields to an all synthetic turf surfacing complex. <br /> Includes review of design options to include soccer overlay between fields as discussed with City <br /> of Everett staff. Renovation also includes existing drainage rehab, new storm drainage per <br /> current standards,new field lighting, new parking lot, and new synthetic turf surfacing, and <br /> curbing fencing and or other infrastructure to renovate the existing fields. Documents will be on <br /> 24 x 36 sheet sizes and includes, cover, demolition, grading, drainage, layout, surfacing, <br /> landscape and irrigation, construction details,bio swale and parking lot details, field lighting <br /> details, field spill light study, and details to construct the project. Technical specifications will <br /> be in current CSI three part format. City of Everett will help provide General Conditions, forms <br /> of Contract between Owner and Contractors. <br /> Bidding Services: SLA will coordinate and help during the bidding of the project, either via co- <br /> op purchasing, or via bidding, or other means of delivery. SLA will review bids, address <br /> RFI/ASI and issue addenda to the package(s) for the project.
