City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization: Housing Hope <br /> Program: Child and Family Specialist Program <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> providing essential child development services and parent support to ensure that the children who <br /> experience homelessness or live in poverty today do not grow up to be homeless adults. This <br /> program serves homeless or low income children aged birth to 17 who are either residing in <br /> Housing Hope's Emergency Shelter and Service Supported Homeless Housing in Everett or <br /> attending Tomorrow's Hope Child Development Center in South Everett. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: <br /> A Child Intervention hour is defined as the time required to assess child development, safety, <br /> parenting skill level; assess school success; create goals; provide counseling and guidance; and <br /> coordinate with other agencies for services. <br /> Housing Hope anticipates this grant will fund a total of 200 units of service for <br /> (unduplicated count) 25 Everett residents each year (define <br /> period — month, quarter, etc.) <br /> Housing Hope anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018, by quarters, will be: <br /> First Qtr.
