CITY TBF ENTERPRISES,INC. WARRANTY ADMINSTRATION SERVICES SERVICE AGREEMENT This agreement is made and entered into as of July 01,2017 by TBF Enterprises, Inc. Warranty Administration Services and City of Everett. TBF Enterprises, Inc. has agreed to perform the following services: • Closing all warranty claims • Processing all warranty claim submissions As per our agreement,our fees for the services listed will be (5.0%) of the total amount paid on the credit memos plus $25.00 for miscellaneous supply fee, less any part return chargebacks that are decided by the dealership to be written off. This agreement will remain in effect from the date "entered into" until terminated by either party with a written notice to terminate services. TBF Enterprises,Inc. is not responsible for adherence to manufacturer's submission standards. It is the dealer's responsibility to make sure the policy and procedures are followed. Our audit report has been designed as a tool to help you to identify and control any problems in those areas. Our audit procedure is based on the documents available for our inspection. The manufacturer's auditors will use additional reports to validate each claim. TBF Enterprises,Inc. cannot audit for proper technician diagnosis and repairs. Courtesy reports are provided to inform dealer of missing claims,warranty submission compliance,part return requests and outstanding receivables. If any part of this agreement should fail,the remaining portions will still be valid. No changes to this agreement can be modified unless in writing and signed by both parties. In witness thereof, the parties hereto,through their respective duly authorized officers or representatives, have executed this agreement as of the effective date set forth above.
