EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 1 - Lake Chaplain Tract Safe Harbor Agreement (SHA) and Cooperative Habitat <br /> Enhancement Agreement (CHEA) <br /> Description <br /> This task covers compliance with all Federal SHA and State CHEA requirements through tracking <br /> and completion, including agency consultation as needed for correct implementation of the SHA <br /> and CHEA agreements. <br /> Services Performed <br /> Consult with US Fish and Wildlife Service and WA Department of Natural Resources as required <br /> by the agreements or as needed to clarify SHA/ CHEA language and related implementation of <br /> field activities. This includes documentation of all consultations. <br /> Conduct annual meeting and updates as needed. <br /> Prepare reports to other parties to the Off-License Agreement as required by the SHA/CHEA and <br /> attend meetings with the other parties to review the reports and address any other questions or <br /> concerns. <br /> Task 2 —Forest Road Management <br /> Description <br /> This task covers management of forest and unpaved utility roads for lands in the vicinity of Lake <br /> Chaplain. <br /> Services To Be Performed <br /> Manage the Lake Chaplain Tract Culvert Maintenance program. <br /> Identify forest and unpaved utility road issues and participate in project design/implementation for <br /> solutions of these issues. <br />
