activities. <br /> Participate in the development of watershed management plans with partner agencies. <br /> Review and prepare comments on proposed recreation activities that may be located on or near <br /> watershed lands (Lake Chaplain and Spada Reservoir watersheds). This would include activities <br /> such as the State Natural Resources Conservation Area (NRCA) planning and development, <br /> existing State recreation site maintenance and development, and other public recreation activities <br /> on or adjacent to watershed lands. <br /> Monitor and prepare comments on any Federal or other public actions proposed on or adjacent to <br /> Lake Chaplain Tract and/or the Spada Reservoir watershed. This would include any actions in or <br /> adjacent to watershed lands by the USFS or the Snohomish County PUD. <br /> Task 6 — Office Administration <br /> Description <br /> This task covers communications with city staff <br /> Services to be performed <br /> Attend water treatment plant(WTP) staff meetings as needed to keep City staff up to date on forest <br /> management activities that may impact plant operations. <br /> Attend regular meetings with Watershed Manager or Contract Administrator. <br /> Attend meetings and discussions in the office and field with Hill Crew,Patrol,Chief WTP operator <br /> and other city staff as concerns forestry management. <br /> Task 7 - Fire Prevention and Control <br /> Description <br /> This task covers the tracking of State fire prevention regulations to ensure both City and City <br /> contractors are in compliance with state law while operating on Lake Chaplain Tract.
