This would include activities <br /> such as the State Natural Resources Conservation Area (NRCA) planning and development, <br /> existing State recreation site maintenance and development, and other public recreation activities <br /> on or adjacent to watershed lands. <br /> Monitor and prepare comments on any Federal or other public actions proposed on or adjacent to <br /> Lake Chaplain Tract and/or the Spada Reservoir watershed.
