The time for review for a foundation <br /> only permit is still about three weeks from the date of submittal. <br /> Keep in mind that a foundation only permit application only reduces the review time by a week or so from the <br /> original building permit application in May, which is running about eight weeks for review. <br /> Tuesday, Thursday or Friday of next week are good days to submit and meet with James Bronder at the <br /> counter when you apply. James is the structural reviewer, and can be reached directly at 425-257-7287. <br /> Sabrina Fandler is the best person to follow up with if you have updates on your conversation with her regarding the <br /> Public Works permit application. Our Permit <br /> Technicians will create a sub-permit to expedite review of foundation/piling only. The first comment estimate <br /> would be three weeks (give or take) from the date of submittal.
