(RGI) has prepared this Geotechnical Engineering Report(GER) <br /> for the above-referenced site. Our services were completed in accordance with our proposal <br /> PRP2017-124 dated May 1, 2017 and authorized by Community Health Center of Snohomish <br /> County on May 1, 2017. The information in this GER is based on our understanding of the <br /> proposed construction, and the soil and groundwater conditions encountered in the borings <br /> performed on May 16,2017. <br /> RGI recommends the project plans and specifications be submitted for a general review so that <br /> RGI may confirm that the recommendations in this GER are interpreted and implemented <br /> properly in the construction documents.
