City of Everett Hold Harmless Agreement
May 19, 2017
Tony Lee
Building Official
City of Everett Public Works
3200 Cedar Street
Everett, WA 98201
Dear Mr. Lee:
This letter is intended to formally request that Community Health Center of Snohomish
County be allowed to submit Tenant Improvement plans for our CHC — Everett-Central.
Medical Clinic and Administration Office located at 4201 Rucker Avenue prior to approval by
the Planning Department of the Parking Modification/Land Use Application submitted on
May 19, 2017.
We acknowledge to the City, that Community Health Center of Snohomish County
understands the risks associated with submitting the building permit application prior to
approval of the Parking Modification/Land Use Application and further understands that
submitting for a building permit does not vest the project or imply that land use approvals
will be given.
Finally, Community Health Center of Snohomish County agrees to hold the City of Everett
harmless for the loss of paid application fees, design fees, and other fees that may be
incurred if the Parking Modification/Land Use comments cause the project to be altogether
denied, affects the timeframe that creates a feasibility issue related to the project or requires
additional design modifications subsequent to submittal of the building permit.
Sincerely,
Community Health Center of Snohomish County
(L
Iiii ..Y
t L
Lisa Miller, COO
Acceptance of Hold Harmless (to be signed by City) Date
