Ok, so the height survey info is good but it doesn't match up with the site plan.There are very slight differences, but no matter how slight when we are in a view area both have to match up perfectly so we do not have conflicting information. Also, it is very important to get one elevation view of the new house with height elevation information so I can verify the house isn't going over the maximum permitted elevation.This is detailed out in Page 2 of the Height Handout: https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/723. I've attached a copy of the site plan with all needed revisions spelled out#1-#6 noted.Some revisions you already aware of.Take a look at that and let me know if you have additional questions. Once we get a revised site plan, I will route to all departments for review. I know that Public Works and Planning is interested in getting the drainage figured out before we issue any permits,since it is all tied together.
