These comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2017 National Electrical Code,) (2017 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The load calculations on page E-400 start in the MDU panel at 208 volts and changes at the portables to 240 volts. I believe the entire system is at 208 volts and should be calculated at 208 volts all the way through or the transformer is to be shown on plans that changes the voltage to 240 volts. All required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed struct. --will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
