"V <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / / ?- 'S <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the "Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations 24, <br /> 25, and 26 Improvement and Construction" Fund No. 343 as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 678-80 and amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 729-80. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations 24, 25 and 26 Improvement <br /> and Construction" Fund No. 343 was established to provide for said <br /> purpose and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to <br /> be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: that the "Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations 24, 25 and 26 <br /> Improvement and Construction" Fund No. 343 be closed. <br /> Section 2: that final expenses and revenues for the "Sanitary <br /> Sewer Lift Stations 24, 25, and 26 Improvement and Construction" <br /> Fund No. 343 are as follows: <br /> Expenses: Construction $ 1,124,420.19 <br /> Interest 3.21 <br /> TOTAL $ 1,124,423.40 <br /> Revenues: Transfer from "Sewer/Water <br /> Construction" Fund No.346 $ 400,000.00 <br /> Transfer from "Utilities" <br /> Fund No. 401 724,423.40 <br /> TOTAL $ 1,124,423.40 <br /> Section 3: that there is no remaining balance to be transferred. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 4ierk <br /> Passed: /c,2 - - eF." <br /> Valid: / f <br /> Published: / -C-- <br />
