• <br /> \' . . <br /> Section 4: That sections 1 and 3 of ordinance No. 1177-85 which read <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as <br /> Fund 376, entitled "Design and Construction of 3800 Block Smith Street <br /> Sanitary Sewers" to accomplish the actions authorized by Ordinance <br /> 1142-85 creating L. I .D. 720. <br /> Section 3: The sum of $34,500 is hereby appropriated to Fund 376, <br /> "Design and Construction of 3800 Block Smith Street Sanitary Sewers" . <br /> The source of funds for the above appropriations shall be <br /> as follows: <br /> Program 346, 3800 Block Smith Street Sanitary Sewers : <br /> $ 34,500 - Fund 376 L. I .D. 720 Assessment Roll/Bond Sale <br /> Are hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as <br /> Fund 720, entitled "Design and Construction of 3800 Block Smith <br /> Street Sanitary Sewers" to accomplish the actions authorized by <br /> Ordinance 1142-85 creating L.
