• } ORDINANCE NO. /p?�1 15— AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 and 5 of Ordinance No. 678-80 as amended by Ordinance 729-80, creating a special design and construction fund entitled "East Glen Storm Drainage Line", Fund No. 341, decreasing the appropriation required for this project to $55,049.53, and closing the fund as of January 2, 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Sections 3 and 5 of Ordinance No. 678-80, as amended by Ordinance 729-80, will read as follows: Section 3: The total estimated cost of the drainage line herein authorized is $55,250 which will include all costs for design, construc- tion, contract administration, plan development and associated costs . Section 5: a. A sum of $55,250 is hereby appropriated to "East Glen Drive Storm Drainage Line: Fund No. 341. b. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the necessary funds to a maximum of $13,676 shall be contributed by Parkview Development, Inc. , of Woodinville, Washington, a private developer, as part of his building permit requirement. The remainder of the funds will be provided from Fund No. 404 by the City of Everett. ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Section 3: The total estimated cost of the drainage line herein authorized is $55,049.33 which will include all costs for design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. Section 5: a. The sum of $55,049.53 is hereby appropriated to "East Glen Drive Storm Drainage Line" Fund No. 341. b. Source of Funds Operating Assessments $ 13,676.00 Transfer from "Utilities" Fund No. 401 41,183.95 Investment Interest 189.58 TOTAL $ 55,049.53 Section 2: "East Glen Drive Storm Drainage Line" Fund No. 341 shall be closed as of January 2, 1986, and any balance shall be transferred to the "Utilities" Fund No. 401.
