Lance Harvey will be building all three new homes. If our utility infrastructure (meter boxes)were damaged by the contractor during demo/site prep activity,then I think we should charge for replacement/repair accordingly. Also, the home addresses will end up being 27, 31 &33... See below. When 112th was widened in 2002 a new water main was also installed. All the single lot services were installed as 1". It appears the 1" setters were adapted to 3/" meters as that is what customers are being charged for. I'm not positive but I believe it was the State that was in charge of the job and it was their decision to go with 1" lines. The cost of the adaptors is about$32 per pair. Do we want to charge that on top of the contractor install fee? I see only one more unused service in that stretch. The setters are all one inch.The only one with a meter is the service to what used to be 31.The other two do not have meters.The meter box for 31 and 27 have both been crushed so will need new boxes.
