With an approximate pervious area of 3,250 sf. per lot (after house and <br /> driveway install), 60.0 cyds of top soil has been calculated to result in a 3" depth of top soil <br /> amendment required for both of the lot in the short plat. With the approximate 66 cyds of top soil <br /> installed on proposed lot 2, this lot more than doubles the amount of soil amendment needs on that <br /> lot. Assuming the 66 cyds of top soil imported into the site was tilled into the upper 2" of soil <br /> surrounding the future house and driveway areas, soil amendment requirement for this project <br /> would be met. See attached for copy of top soil import receipt. <br /> Note that compost and/or top soil amendments for proposed lot 1 of the short plat shall be <br /> conducted with the future building permit.
