• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. // <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as <br /> provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal code) rezoning the area generally described <br /> as a six-acre parcel located south of 100th St., west <br /> and east of the P.U.D. right-of-way from C-1 with <br /> contract to C-1 without contract. <br /> Whereas, on December 4, 1985, the City of Everett held a public hearing <br /> regarding the rezone of the hereinafter described property from C-1 with <br /> contract to C-1 without contract, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said property should be <br /> rezoned and zoned C-1 General Commercial Without Contract; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth bears a substantial relationship to the general <br /> welfare of the City of Everett and is in conformance with the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby <br /> amended from C-1 General Commercial zone with Contract to C-1 General <br /> Commercial zone without Contract on the following described parcel. <br /> See Attachment A, Legal Description; Attachment B, Assessors Parcel <br /> Map; and Attachment C, Area Vicinity Map. <br /> 1742G <br />
