Compact car parking will be evaluated on a site/user basis as <br /> directed by the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications manual. <br /> B. All residential projects shall be reviewed by an accoustical <br /> engineer to insure that the exterior noise levels will be limited i <br /> to 55 to 60 dBA depending on the noise source, and to insure that <br /> the interior noise levels will be limited to 45 dBA. <br /> B.
