Stormwater calculations for the 2, 10, 100 and WQ events were determined with
Waterworks software for the estimated ultimate development, and the results are
included in this report. Estimated detention requirements for the ultimate
development are 82,193 CF.
For the ultimate buildout, the R1 retail area will need to install a stormfilter to
mitigate the effects of the short circuiting of the water quality cell from the R1
area runoff. In addition, the commercial areas to the south, when fully
developed, will require their stormwater to pass through a Type 2 CB with a 4'
sump before emptying into the detention wet pond to mitigate the effects of no
pond access for the open water cell.
See calculations attached to this report for waterworks calculations,
determination of upstream off-site flow, conveyance calculations and channel
determination of channel velocity.
The NDPES Construction Permit for this project is included in the attachments.
The construction plans also have attached the final wetland mitigation plan for
this project by Wetland Resources (2 Sheets).
Please contact me at 360-657-4709 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Ernest L.
