Reasonable notice shall mean at <br /> least forty-eight hours advanced written and telephone notice. Written notice shall be emailed <br /> to Martin Robinett at Martvfc Robinettmemt.com;telephone notice shall be to Martin Robinett <br /> at(425)259-9000x2. <br /> The following terms and conditions (the "Conditions of Approval") apply to this <br /> Agreement/Consent for Access to Property; <br /> 1. MTorres America shall allow no lien to attach to the property of Company. MTorres <br /> agrees to defend, save, indemnify and hold harmless Company of any claim for compensation <br /> related to the inspections and work performed under this Agreement/Consent to Access. This <br /> indemnity and hold harmless shall include <br /> Company's attorneys fees and costs incurred in defending any claim or lien and incurred in <br /> enforcing the terms of this indemnity. <br /> 2. MTorres America shall at all times maintain and provide Company of evidence of <br /> insurance of Comprehensive General Liability coverage of combined minimum single limits of <br /> $2,000,000. MTorres America shall at all times maintain and provide Company of evidence of <br /> Automobile liability insurance coverage of$2,000,000 personal injury and property damage. <br /> 3, MTorres America agrees to defend, save, indemnify and hold harmless Company of <br /> any claim for injury to persons or property damage arising from MTorres exercise of rights <br /> under this Agreement/Consent to Access to Property.
