The project is 16.33 acres and located in <br /> the City of Everett. It was previously designed and the storm drainage partially constructed <br /> under "Hardeson Road Business Park— Phase 1" project. The existing drainage report is <br /> dated March 12, 2007 and construction drawings are dated January 27, 2008 and were <br /> prepared by Berg Engineering located in Marysville, WA. <br /> It is PACLAND's understanding that the storm drainage for this site was previously approved, <br /> permitted and vested by the City of Everett as part of the Hardeson Road Business Park— <br /> Phase 1 project, SEPA 06-067 and City of Everett Public Works Permit PW0706-007. <br /> The purpose of this memorandum is to summarize the differences from the Hardeson Road <br /> Business Park— Phase 1 plans and report and proposed conditions on the MTorres America <br /> project. <br /> HARDESON ROAD BUSINESS PARK— PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The stormwater detention and water quality pond were sized for two buildings (C1 and C2) and <br /> associated parking and access roadways.
