EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA <br /> 6:30 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14, 2018 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: March 7, 2018 <br /> Mayor's Comments — Swear in Everett Police Officer Ana Perdomo <br /> Council Comments/Liaison Reports <br /> Administration Update on prior business <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: (These items come before the City Council serving as a <br /> Council Committee of the Whole and are likely to be scheduled at a future meeting.) <br /> (1) Award Request for Proposal 2017-034 for Everett Channel Broadcast System Upgrades <br /> & Expansion to Advanced Broadcast Solutions in the amount of $567,081.68, including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> (2) Metro Everett Draft Zoning Regulations and Off Street Parking Standards <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $1,645,748.19 for the period of February 24, 2018 through March 2, 2018. <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the United States <br /> Marshals Service regarding participation in the Violent Offender Task Force. <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the <br /> Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs regarding the Traffic Safety <br /> Equipment Grant in the amount of $2500.00. <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Distribution of Vessel Registration Fee Agreement <br /> between Snohomish County and the City of Everett. <br /> (7) Authorize the closure of various streets at Rotary Park on May 6, 2018, from 8 a.m. to <br /> 1 p.m., for the Snohomish Women's Run sponsored by Snohomish Running Company. <br />
