The striping body is available for purchase from Vogel 1 Traffic Services dba EZ-Liner Industries through a Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)contract #SM10-16 competitively-bid contract. The City has an Interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement with 1 t HGAC that allows for purchases from its competitively-awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on our 0 own.
