• ORDINANCE NO. /1a-g5 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1985 and amending Ordinance No. 1127-85 as amended by Ordinance Nos. 1143-85, 1147-85, 1157-85, 1160-85, and 1162-85, and declaring an emergency to exist. WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local , state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1985 budget; and WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following amendments shall be made to the 1985 budget: Section 1: That the sum of $60,821.00 be appropriated in the follow- ing manner: a. Appropriation, Fund 132-Golf 1. Program 822- Park Administration and Planning Original appropriation, Ord. 1127-85 $ 307,543.00 Amended by previous appropriations 941.00 Amended by this appropriation 60,821.00 New Program Total $ 369,305.00 b. Source of Funds Fund 132 - Cash on Hand $ 60,821.00 c. Purpose To provide $40,821 to Golf Project Contingency Fund No. 133 and $20,000 to Golf Operating Reserve Fund No. 134 for future golf course construction projects . Section 2: That the sum of$280 ,821.00 be appropriated in the following manner: a. Appropriation, Fund 133 - Golf Project Contingency 1. Program 677 - Legion and W.E. Hall Golf Course Facility Project. Original Appropriation, Ord. 1127-85 $ 59,179.00 Amended by this appropriation 280,821.00 New Program Total $340,000.00 b. Source of Funds Transfer from Golf Fund No. 132 - $40,821.00 Long-Term Interfund Loan - 240,000.00 C. Purpose To budget funds for future golf course construction projects .
