25 6 / <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //5-7-125- <br /> AN <br /> 159- 5AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572, <br /> as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) to <br /> encompass an area from Holly Drive to <br /> North of 108th Street S.W. , including <br /> a portion of Highway 99 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on April 30, 1985, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designations for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said <br /> property should be zoned R-2, Single Family High Density Residential, <br /> R-3(A) , Multiple Family Residential-Site Plan Review, and C-1, General <br /> Commercial; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> find that the zoning hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the <br /> City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as amended <br /> by Resolution No. ,25 g8 <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> E.M.C.) is hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> Zoned C-1: <br /> THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, <br /> TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M. , TOGETHER WITH LOTS 1, 2 <br /> & 32, PLAT OF OLIVIA PARK NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, <br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF PLATS, PAGE 20 RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH <br /> COUNTY. <br /> Zoned R-2: <br /> LOTS 1, 2 & 3, BLOCK 2, PLAT OF RANCHO INTERCITY, ACCORDING TO <br /> THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 12 OF PLATS, PAGE 46, <br /> RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY. <br /> -1- <br /> 0884F <br />
