• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /9/45--2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the <br /> City of Everett for 1985 and amending Ordinance No. 1127-85, and <br /> declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council has now appropriated certain local , state <br /> and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the <br /> 1985 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have' been identified; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the following <br /> amendments shall be made to the 1985 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $147,566 be appropriated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 115-General Government Special Projects <br /> 1. Program 334-Energy Conservation <br /> Original appropriation, Ordinance 1127-85 $ -0- <br /> Amended by this appropriation 147,566 <br /> New Program Total $ 147.566 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Washington State Enerby Office (WSEO) Grant $ 111,498 <br /> Contribution from General Fund 36,068 <br /> $ 147,566 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To provide funding for the following projects : <br /> 1. Lighting changes for EverPark Garage and Service Center. <br /> 2. Insulation for Service Center and Animal Shelter. <br /> 3. Microprocessor for energy systems at the Service Center <br /> Section 2: That the above appropriations are in the total amount of <br /> $147,566. <br /> Section 3: That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this <br /> ordinance becomes effective upon becoming valid. <br />
