Section 5 : Rates . Franchisee will file with the City a <br /> complete schedule of all rates to be charged to subscribers, <br /> including, but not limited to: <br /> (a ) Installation of Basic Service. <br /> (b) Periodic charges for Basic Service. <br /> (c ) Installation for Premium Service. <br /> ( d) Periodic charges for Premium Service. <br /> (e) Installation for FM Service. <br /> ( f) Periodic charges for FM Service ( including rates <br /> for FM Service as a primary service) . <br /> ( g) Charges for relocation and reconnection . <br /> (h) Converter charges. <br /> ( i ) Charges for parental control keys . <br /> ( j ) Installation charges for bulk/commercial service . <br /> ( k ) Periodic charges for bulk/commercial service. <br /> ( 1 ) Installation charges for additional outlet service. <br /> (m) Periodic charges for additional outlet service. <br /> (n) Discounts for multiple premium services, etc. <br /> (o) Interactive service charges . <br /> (p) Extended drop installation charges . <br /> (q) Teletext type service and equipment charges. <br /> ( r ) All other charges proposed. <br /> 5. 1 Notification. The Franchisee will notify the <br /> City in writing of all modifications of said rates . <br /> 5. 2 Initial Basic Rate. From July 1 , 1985, through <br /> December 29, 1986, the rates charged to subscribers for <br /> Basic Service programming shall be no more than Eleven <br /> Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents ($11 . 74 ) inclusive of <br /> Franchise Fees , for a minimum of twenty-three ( 23 ) <br /> channels of Basic Service. <br /> 5. 3 Basic Service. Initially, the programming of <br /> Basic Service shall include a Community Programming <br /> Channel ; off-air broadcast stations, the carriage of which <br /> is required by the Federal Communications Commission; and <br /> a variety of distant broadcast stations and satellite <br /> services . <br /> -2- <br />
