EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The data provided in this Full Drainage Report will be included as a part of the Stormwater Site
Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). This additional technical information
is provided for the purpose of evaluating the proposed new development and to comply with the
minimum requirements set by the Everett City Code and Stormwater Management Manual for
Western Washington(SMMWW).
The project site is located at the corner of North Cabot Road and Beverly Lane at 6832 North
Cabot Road, Everett, Washington, within Everett City limits (Parcel #: 00392000000203). The
project site is 0.27 acres and has ground slopes that range from 0% to 8%. The site has an
existing Single Family Residence (SFR) and an existing detached garage, along with associated
asphalt driveway. Existing on-site soils are consistent with Tokul type material.
The proposed new development will consist of removing the existing detached garage and
turning the existing SFR into a duplex. The proposed duplex will consist of adding a second
dwelling unit and two garages to the existing SFR and relocate the driveway access to North
Cabot Road. Storm water run-off from the duplex will be tight-lined to the west and discharge
into an infiltration system;thus recharging the ground water table.
Due to the type soil on site, together with other BPMs used on this proposed project, it is
expected to meet the intent to provide both flow control and storm water treatment. For
additional detail and information refer to the content and body of this report.
1
