Provide your Evaluation below and Show where these will take place on a site map:
Stormwater runoff from the proposed driveway will sheet through natural vegetation as shown on the
drainage plan. Given the depth to hard pan/glacial till is approximately 2 to 3 feet deep a raingarden on
site is infeasible.Treatment will be achieved by allowing sheet flow from the driveway to pass thought
vegetated lawn prior to entering the city drainage facility.
Driveway runoff will sheet flow to the southwest through natural vegetation conforming with City of
Everett designed standards to meet the water quality flow rate requirements. Runoff will flow at a low
velocity from the driveway across grass into a small swale area where treatment and infiltration will be
promoted. The swale will flow to the proposed catch basin located in the city right of way.The
proposed catch basin facility will catch stormwater runoff from the road and flows from the site.
Soil Amendment Quality and Depth BMP 12.20 will be implemented on site in all areas of disturbed soil.
Stormwater runoff from the proposed roof will be directed via downspouts to splash blocks via BMP
12.50 Downspout Dispersion. This flow will run through natural vegetation prior to entering the onsite
small swale.
Note flow control is not required for this site.
ge4 of"7
/;),
CITY a= EVPETT 320C Cedar Street 1 Everett, WA 98201 ; 425-257-8810 everettwa.gov
